As a psychotherapist, author, and consultant, I work from a compassionate and practical perspective.
In my private psychotherapy practice, my work is holistic and includes a creative exploration of the client’s life experience, building awareness and mindfulness, reconnecting to the cues the body gives, and reinforcing positive experiences. I help people identify undiscovered potential, create positive change, and work through a myriad of issues. These issues range from anxiety and depression, to questions about where to go next in career and, relationship and parenting struggles, trauma, eating disorders and substance abuse.
I am the author of the forthcoming book “Dream Minding” to be published by The Dial Press in Fall 2025. A key to decoding the unconscious symbols that appear to us at night, equipping you with the necessary tools to identify and acknowledge the truths your dreams reveal, putting you on a path to a healthier, more grounded, rewarding life during the day.
I guide individuals and groups through a practical approach to understanding your dreams as a way to increase self awareness, develop creativity, and bring about positive change.
I write from the heart for various publications including Vogue, GOOP, and Well + Good, sharing clinical and personal insight exploring ways to move through life’s challenges. I also write a lot about dreams!
I work with corporations offering a myriad of programming to help my clients offer employees ways to find practical and sustainable ways to support their well being.
I am in production, co-hosting a podcast series “Dream Minding”.
