Lyndsy Fonseca and Annie Armstrong Miyao co-host the upcoming podcast, “Dream Minding”. Join us to explore dreams and they ways they connect to our waking life.

First, we interview a guest about their dream. Annie helps them explore the symbolism and deeper meanings of the dream.

Based on that dialogue and discovery, we then interview an expert who specializes in the relevant topic derived from minding the dream.

Guest “Dreamers” will be a mix of celebrities and unknown interesting people with exciting dreams to explore. The “experts” will be a wide variety of professionals at the top of their field.  Stay tuned for a fall release!
