Simple Ways to Help Children

with Stress and Anxiety

This workshop is designed to assist caregivers in helping children with anxiety. Providing insight and experiential exercises I will teach you some of the tools I used in my psychotherapy practice with younger patients. This workshop will be kept small so caregivers can gain relevant insight along with tools to help them in nuanced and practical ways to guide children in managing anxiety.

Dream Minding: Learn Ways to Explore and Understand Your Dreams

Have you ever wondered what your dreams say about you and your life? Exploring our dreams can provide us with psychological insight, greater self-awareness and connect us to our intuition, creative intelligence, and help us honor parts of ourselves that we may not always have time to express. There’s no one right way to interpret a dream. Similar to interpreting a painting or a poem the meaning is subjective. The work of understanding your dreams is about self-discovery. What have you been craving more of in your life? What current conflict or life transition are you struggling with? The images in your dreams can point you in a new direction or understanding.
