Organizations who support employee well being, that which includes their mental and emotional health, reflect the values of a company that cares about the people who work for them. By caring for the whole persons, employees are given a sense that who they are and what they contribute matters, that they have value.
In my ongoing work with brands, companies and schools, I have developed an array of talks, workshops, leadership series, small processing groups, original essays, distributable exercises, and a podcast series. All programs are based on culturally prevalent themes duly reflected within the organization.
In addition to my corporate work I have provided trainings for graduate students and provided consult for school administrators and teachers.
My down to earth, warm perspective, incorporates the science and theories of neuroplasticity, mindfulness, depth psychology, the mind body connection, and Positive Psychology. I invite people to increase self compassion and self awareness around patterns of behavior and thought while offering practical tools to bring about significant shifts which lead to more balance, peace, and joy.
Clients include: An international luxury brand, not for profit art outreach organizations, schools, mental health clinics, tech start ups, and The Four Seasons.
